Above knee red bump: I need more information, when did you notice for the first time the appearance of the bump? is the skin red? What is the size, does it fluctuate?, Do not squeeze it, requires an examination by a Dr, you should start antibiotics, see the Dr. and he will decide if drainage ifs required. Be sure that a specimen for culture ans sensitivity is obtained.
