A couple of thoughts: First, feeling cold is not a "cold." "Cold" is the casual/colloquial word given to a viral upper respiratory infection (sore throat, cough, sinus congestion, fatigue, muscles aches) so unless you are also sick you don't have a "cold." Of course, one normally warms up gradually when she returns to warmth when exposed to cold temperatures. Consider other problems: thyroid/adrenal problems, anorexia.
