Rest and fluids: Without knowing more context, sometimes when we are dehydrated (multiple reasons, including food poisoning, vomiting, high alcohol intake, excessive sweating, etc) we can wake up with the symptoms you described. I would take plenty of fluids, rest, and refuel on some healthy fresh foods for another day and then see if it persists.
