Have labs checked: You may be developing a neuropathy. See your doctor for an exam and labs tests to check your thyroid and sugar levels. Don't drink alcohol or smoke and if you are vegetarian take a vitamin B12 supplement.

Allergy/fatigue.: More detail about your immediate medical condition and history would make understanding your symptoms easier. However, your foot problems are consistent with and have a high probability for dysfunctional shoes. Either the insole material, glue allergy or the breakdown of the shoe structure might be contributing. There are many physiological reasons for your hand issue and these can be explored.

Varies: There are multiple potential causes, I would not hesitate to be seen for it. Diagnostic considerations can be a generalized neuropathy, a spinal condition, a problem in the feet as well as multiple potential causes. A detailed exam and appropriate studies would yield the likely cause.
