Hard to say: One of the main causes of temperature changes in your hands and feet can be circulation, and can be normal. If troubling you though or a change from your normal, best to get a good history and exam. Some circulation changes can be serious. Some nerve conditions can cause it, so can endocrine issues like thyroid, diabetes. I always consider medications and some systemic problems.
