One of the rooms in my house smells of bug spray because i sprayed wilson one shot, i am sleeping in the room next to it, which does smell, safe?

Exposure: If possible you should avoid inhaling air from that room until the odor has dissipated. I assume you closed the door to that room and opened its window to expedite the process of clearing the air. Perhaps there are warnings on the bug spray can giving you more advice.
