Exposure: If possible you should avoid inhaling air from that room until the odor has dissipated. I assume you closed the door to that room and opened its window to expedite the process of clearing the air. Perhaps there are warnings on the bug spray can giving you more advice.

Stupid question but what if you where to spray pepper srapy on your bed and i mean all over and wait for it to dry and the smell to go away then you put your bedsheet over it when its dry is that alright to still sleep on it?
