No: Need to see an ENT specialist, anosmia, loss of sense of smell, can happen after a viral infection,or for other reasons, hence the need for a specialist input since it lasted for a month already. Floresp is a mild local nasal steroid, needs to be used rightfully, rather in high doses for such condition, but still though might not be what she needs, see a specialist, good luck
