My ten year old son had his adenoids taken out when he was i'd say about 5 or 6 and now he has been having nose bleeds since december , problems ?

Unrelated: Nose bleeds in most kids this age reflects nasal irritants.Smoke/fumes/fragrances/etc. A nasal gel applied at bedtime to the front of the nasal entrance & avoidance of aggravating factors often helps this settle down. If not improving within the week, have him examined by his pcp.
