2year old slipped: Check his teeth and gums and if there is no loose teeth no problem there till you check with the dentist.Bleeding from the nose try ice on it and if it is from one side only keep preesure with your finger till the bleeding stop.If bleeding stop just observe and let your doctor check next day.

See Dentist or go ER: If there was no loss of consciousness & the teeth all fit together then see your dentist at earliest convenience or go to an er, as most have dentists who can see him. If there was loc or jaws fit differently, go to er immediately.

Bleeding first: First, control bleeding. Ice, pressure, pinch nose. Md to rule out fracture? If teeth are not loose or sensitive, and there is no bleeding in the mouth, the tooth fracture is less. Portent. A dentist can repair the broken tooth. Some times, a bu, les tooth an turn dark due to bleeding in the center, so war h for color change.

Depends: If the chip is only into the enamel he should have no problems with it other than possibly being sharp to his soft tissue. If the tooth is broken to the nerve then you would probably notice blood oozing from the tooth, then he would need it checked. Best to have a dentist look at it either way. Nosebleed is possible soft tissue injury. Probably should have that checked if you think it is serious.
