How long does it typically take for sclerosis to form due to stress fracture in the femur neck? sclerosis found via x-ray but no fracture is visible.

4-6 weeks: Sclerosis refers to an increased bone density in an area. When described in conjunction with a fracture, it is usually associated with the healing response to the fracture and usually takes at least 4-6 weeks to start to show up on an xray.
