Rule out osteoporosi: I recommend you see your family doctor to rule out early causes of osteoporosis by appropriate testing. May need an endocrine consult and should rule out hypophosphatasia if labs point towards that with a chronically low alkaline phosphatase level. Parathyroid tests will need to be run. Best wishes.
