I had a femoral neck stress fracture in 2007. tests show that its healed but i still have limited mobility and severe pain in that hip. why?

Hip pain: You need further evaluation. Healed stress fracture 6 years ago should not still hurt. An MRI may be of benefit to rule out other issues such as avascular necrosis, cartilage or labral tears, etc.
