Lab results: Each lab provides normal-abnormal ranges and they can really vary. Normal can be 15% on some tests or 40% on others. Discuss this w/ Dr who ordered tests. Clearly poor sleep and stress are not healthy but low lymphocytes have other causes. Read here: http://www.medfriendly.com/lymphocyte.html Ask Dr. Best wishes!

Relax: Percentages mean nothing. The absolute counts of neutrophils and lymphocytes fluctuate wildly hour by hour. If you are experimentally inclined, get a CBC before and after a 20 minute cold shower. If you are not in an abusive or impossible situation, life's stresses are good for you. Anyone who tells you otherwise is trying to sell you something you don't need.
