My father was hospitalized a week and a half ago for troponin levels being 004. he has a doctors appointment on monday, if it's the same will they keep him? (his stress test was perfect and his blood work was healthy as well)

Elevated troponin : His slight elevation in troponin maybe from just a heart strain. Hopefully you meant a troponin of 0.04, and not 4. Regardless, you mentioned he was kept in the hospital for further eval, such as a stress test. The Hospital wouldn't have discharged him if he wasn't in stable condition (as in, he wasn't having a heart attack). His upcoming appointment is likely just a hospital follow up (routine).
