Mgt: Facial swelling may be related to a number of conditions. Among these are an allergic reaction, infection, Kawasaki's disease and a renal disorder. Your PCP should re evaluate her for a possible reaction or another disorder. If she has any respiratory difficulty, I would suggest an ED visit. For now, continue the allergy medications and avoid any possible triggers of an allergic reaction.
