Use pillows: Dear JenniScott, Comfort is paramount when sleeping. Sleeping on your side with a pillow between your legs and improve neck pain. If you have lower back pain, using a pillow behind your knees to slightly elevate it can help back pain. Avoid sleeping on your stomach as it cause lead to unwanted neck discomfort in the am. A firmer bed or memory foam mattress may do the trick. Happy sleeping!
