Vaginal veins.: What you describe could be varicose veins which have become clotted or they could be cysts. You should first see your gynecologist for an evaluation and then, if it is a vein problem, a vein specialist. Veins in this area are usually treated by sclerotherapy in not clotted and by evacuation with a tiny needle if clotted.
