Groin: This soft mass in the groin may be a cluster of small.veins, but could also be an inguinal hernia, lymph node, lipoma or cyst. I recommend that a physician examine and advise you. You may then be referred to a vascular surgeon or general surgeon depending upon the assessment.

Thigh Veins: You should see a vein specialist for a vein evaluation including a venous ultrasound. Most commonly malfunctioning valves in the Great Saphenous Vein are the cause of thigh veins. Sometimes other veins such as the Anterior Accessory Vein may cause this. You need to see someone with experience in veins to evaluate this.
