Tonsils: The white spots could be a sign of an infection, but you should be sick with sore throat, difficulty swallowing, fever, etc. If you feel fine, but have white spots, this is usually tonsilloliths-white concretions that form in the crypts or crevices of the tonsils. It is a harmless condition, but can be annoying due to some discomfort and sometimes halitosis. Good oral hygiene can sometimes help.
