Elevated: lymphocytes are often a sign of a host of viral infections. A general Health Eval would be best and NOT TO WORRY it is NOT a sign of THYROID difficulties! Hope this helps! Dr Z

Needs follow up : If it remains high or trends up have yourself evaluated. A flowcytometry test on blood can answer a lot of questions
