Mildly low: Doesn't suggest cancer at all. There are five types of white cell. Your body is constantly shifting around the ratios between these types of cells to manage day to day operations. Values such as this are very often normal.

Don't be: Lymphocytes in that range are not concerning for cancer. Circulating cells in the blood each have a different function. Lymphocytes are more of the memory cells, and so a slight increase just means they are reacting to something in the blood. It may be a cold, flu, new anti-perspirant, new hair gel, etc. Maybe an infection to ebv (mono) is also possible. Most unlikely to be cancer.
