A member asked:

Had a mri of my brain with contrast due to my ms relapsing. i am still feeling nauseous. what can i do to lessen the nausea feeling?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Symptomatic: Have found that Compazine (prochlorperazine) and Zoran work well, but OTC ginger root taken thrice daily is also, very useful. May wonder about the cause of the nausea, as could be part of an MS lesion in the lower brainstem, which needs to be treated. Also, hopefully, you are taking a potent MS disease modifying agent. Would you be better served via a Concierge discussion of how best to manage your MS??
