What is the difference in contrast enhancing lesion and contrast enhancing nodule in brain mri report of ms patient?

Very little: The nodule may be the lesion referred to in the report. Would need to know more but contrast enhancing means it took up the radiocontrast media. A lesion is only something you see on the xray. It may be the nodule but does not refer to size. Ask your doc for more info. Best to you.
