Blurry/dizzy: Blurry complaints likely due to evaporation of your tear film while driving (most people don't blink as frequently when concentrating & tear film dries up which causes blurry vision); dizziness may be related or due to dehydration. If you provide more information to a Healthtap MD, we might be able to pinpoint underlying cause and recommend ways to resolve this.

Cannot tell for: sure, but it is dangerous for you to be driving while you are having these episodes. It could be anything including heart problems, blood disorder, breathing problems. or neurologic issues. Have your doctor take a look.
