Get Adrenal Support: This could partially be due to low adrenals, which regulate energy + blood sugar. We all need daily adrenal support to cope with stress. Physiologic doses are: dhea 5 mg and pregnenolone 10 mg for men; dhea 2.5 mg and pregnenolone 30 mg for women. Higher doses should be used initially (e.g., dhea 50 mg for men; dhea 25 mg for women) to help overcome fatigue and increase reserve against stress.
