Vertigo/dizziness: Differential diagnosis is wide at this point but the positional part of your description concerns for vertigo. Vertigo can be due to a number of conditions and physical exam helps differentiate. I recommend you refrain from driving or engaging in risky activities shall you become dizzy. Seeing a primary care provider is highly recommended.

Random heart rate spikes whilst doing nothing, happens whilst laying down or driving. Body sometimes go into a hypertensive state, if I can call it that. Blurry vision, light headed, nauseous, dizzy. All this happens when the heart rate goes up.
