Dizzy at work and it would come and go. driving home felt dizzy the whole time otherwise i feel fine. i've had vertigo before not sure if i am again?

Verti-GoGo-Girl: If it feels like you or your surroundings are spinning or moving then this would be consistent with vertigo. Driving is a no go until this clears, making matters much worse would be a car accident. So stay home & consult a doctor about medication to relieve the symptoms.
