Rectal bleeding: The most common causes are hemorrhoids or a fissure (a tear at the anal opening) likely caused by straining at the hard stool. Try getting more fiber in your diet. Also sit up straight on the toilet and see if you can elevate your feet so that your bottom is in more of a squatting position.
