Have you tried any over the counter constipation remedies? You could try a laxative, like Miralax, to see if this allows you to have a bowel movement so that you are no longer constipated. If that doesn’t work, you should see your GI doctor to have this evaluated. Your GI doctor can treat your constipation after an evaluation. Good luck!
