NOW-ER: You may have experienced a TIA ( transient ischemic attack ) - a temporary lack of circulation to your brain. Please go to the ER ASAP for a CT scan of your brain and neurological evaluation

Go to the ER NOW: This could be a TIA and puts you at high risk for a stroke. If it happens again call an ambulance and get to the ER immediately. Time is brain. There are treatments for stroke but they are very time dependent and usually can't be used after a few hours.
