Sounds normal: No, that is pretty normal. We are built to become sleepy when it is dark, and awake when the sun is out. A bed time between 10-11 and wake time 6-7 is very common, and probably in the middle of average for the human rhythm. It is often manipulated though, with people staying up later intentionally. In cloudy and dark climates, one may feel more sleepy, especially during winter
