Flap of gum: See a dentist to determine whether or not there is enough room for the wisdom to erupt normally, or whether it should be removed. Other possibilities exist but only by seeing a dentist for a one on one clinical exam can this be evaluated.

Contact DDS: See your dentist for a possible referral to an oral surgeon if needed. The treatment that is needed at present, appears to be an operculectomy to remove the tissue covering the tooth. In addition, if deemed necessary, the tooth may need to be removed or an antibiotic may be needed.
