Pain on the bridge of my nose,: Most probably you are in the process of developing an infection, Pain, swelling, and redness are the typical combination of signs of an infection. Did you pick into your nose,, did you had a recent trauma, or a cold, or any sinusitis? I would take antibiotics. Like Amoxicillin 500 mg. twice a day for 7 days, and Aleve (naproxen) for pain. If you do not get better, please let me know.
