Folliculitis: Some times the hairs in your nose get infected. Maybe you picked your nose or picked some nose hairs. Use Bacitracin ointment on the inside or your nose this is inside right? If it is outside then it is likely a zit (acne). If it is not better in a few days you will need antibiotics active against staphylococcus, which is the most common infection at this location.
