Had nose filler injection 2 & a half days ago, everything else is fine but nose tip is still a bit sore to touch and red (mild redness), theres no pain otherwise. will this resolve with time or should i be concerned?

I would cause the ones who did the injection. They will better know what is normal in folks like you who had done what they did. I do not have enough details to be able to help.
