I've been having ankle pain (right ankle) when i lean/move it to the side. doesn't hurt when i press on it. any idea of what it might be?

Side stepping.....: I'm not quite sure as to where in/on the ankle you are having the pain. It sounds like the pain occurs when your ankle is inverted or stretched. The ligaments may be irritated just enough to cause pain when stretched but not when pressed on. Nerves have been known to act that way also. I suggest to consult with a specialist for ways of improving your condition.
