Lesion in mouth: Hello, It is somewhat difficult to answer this question without a picture but sounds like your a describing a venous lake. This is a benign vascular lesions. Other thoughts include a traumatic lesion (i.e. from biting the inside of the mouth) creating a pocket of trapped blood or a mole. Prob best to have it evaluated. Good luck. Dr. Kosari.
