It's only tissue...: Not the best thing to do. A time will come, and soon, where the pain will linger. Treadmills tend to set you up for overuse injuries, especially in the heel and arch areas. The same cadence and speed over and over tends to stress the connective tissues. Inflammation and pain will soon follow. Remember this conversation in a month when the heel really is a problem.
