I do weight training in gym for 1 hour and after that i do kapalabhati pranayama for 30 minutes. is this right or should i do kapalabhati first?

Kapalabhati: I commend you for your desire for Good Health. Both activities are good for health. Weight Training will build muscles for energy and activities. Kapalabhati is Abdominal Breathing Exercise with slow natural inhalation and forceful exhalation. It strengthens abdominal muscles. It helps focusing on Breathing. this gives Relaxation and Peace. For this reason, it needs to follow Weight Training.
