EKG or Echo?: You obviously have some cardiac issues but apparently are on medications to control rate. Is the RVH a finding from an EKG only or is it from Echo cardiogram? If diagnosis is from Echo then I would be more considered. Regardless, talk to your cardiologist (or consult with one) about this. You should determine WHY you have RVH, and how severe, before deciding limitations.

What exactly?: I see you have supraventricular tachycardia but that's usually trivial. Is the right ventricular hypertrophy an echocardiographic diagnosis? If so -- did you discuss whether this might simply be due to your fitness-focused lifestyle? I wouldn't be surprised. If it is, there should be no restrictions on your activities. Truth be told, I'm glad you love it. Best wishes.
