A member asked:

I had the taste of blood in my mouth so i spit in the sink and there was a very small dot of blood in it, is this a cause for concern?

Depends: If you have poor oral hygiene and it's been a long time since your last dental visit, the bleeding is likely caused by gum inflammation. You need dental care ASAP. If you are in good dental health and can't account for the bleeding with a recent injury like biting your cheek accidentally, go get it checked out.
