Had a scratch in nose that caused a little bit of blood. i also get what seems like postnasal drip where there's phlegm i kind of have to suck up into my mouth to spit out. once, there was a small amount of blood in it. is this from my nose?

Could be. Bleeding in the nose could travel to the throat and show up in post-nasal drip that you brought out in your mouth. If the bleeding persists, it would be prudent to consult an ENT doctor. Wish you good health!
