Got small sores that come and go in the mouth.usually come one or two and disappear.with red bumps filled with blood.what may be the cause?

More info please: are the bumps mainly on inner cheeks, roof of the mouth (palate), or floor of the mouth; or mainly on the tongue? Do they blister? Do they heal with scar, ulcer or completely clear?
