See your dr: Having a funny taste in your mouth, and spitting up blood is not normal. So it's best to go to your doctor, and let s/he look into this deeper, and see exactly what is going on. S/he will have to do a physical exam, and may need to refer you to an ENT doctor if warranted. Finding the source of the bleed is important! then, you'll know the cause.

Different causes...: The source of your bleeding in the mouth is the key to solving ur problem. If the blood comes from inside ur mouth, then most likely is from ur gums, ; u have gum inflammation(gingivitis), or if more chronic, then it is more established and called periodontitis. But if ur bleeding originated from internal /digestive system, then seeing ur family physician or internist/ent can help u more.
