Can a lymph node going down the front of my neck feel very long and skinny, or is that likely to be something else like a muscle?

Lymph nodes: Usually they feel oval or round, like peas, blueberry, pumpkin seed. , so it may be a muscle . But would check it out with doc or urgent care as enlarged lymph nodes should be evaluated.
