Sore muscle is unlikely related in any way to lymph nodes. Your test is conclusive: it is not possible you have HIV. And HIV doesn't cause "sore" lymph nodes or muscle pain. See a doctor if your symptoms continue or you otherwise remain concerned. This is your second (or third?) question along these lines. The answer won't change, so make this the last one, OK?
