" RICE"..: if you worked out& strained biceps... use " Rest Ice- .." gently massage with ARNICA GEL, drink plenty of water.. stretch before future lifting& workout. If you notice any severe pain, muscle deformity or " gap", large bruise.. put ice and see doctor ASAP. It could indicate biceps tendon tear.
