Neck injury?: If both arms are tired/weak and you didn't over exert yourself doing bicep curls then a central disc bulge at C5/6 could be the cause. See your doctor for evaluation .

Other Possibilities: Nerves from Cervical spine could be affected. The blood flow going to the areas could be restricted, the muscles could be overused and not getting enough hydration-electrolytes causing lactic acid to build up. Also could be referred pain from abdomen-either right or left upper quadrants. And finally stress can do many things. Causes a chain reaction of neurohormonal fluctuations.
