Your EMG was woefully incomplete, and you need to find an experienced expert in the area. To do this properly, there should be needle electrode exam of the neck, shoulder, arm, and hand. Direct and indirect nerve conduction studies of brachial plexus need to be included. Also, see a neurologist to obtain a thorough clinical exam. Many "normal" EMG's miss true pathology, due to incompleteness.
