Depends on brand...: Vit. C has been known to interfere with urine dip stick tests for hemoglobin (which is what tests for RBC's measure).However, Multistix and Chemstrip brands have modified their strips with an overlay that oxidizes Vit C before it reaches the test pad.This has greatly reduced false negatives.Number of pees is irrelevant; empty bladder 6 hours after taking C and urine after that will have little C.
